UEE's Honey Thighs Work Out

Hello Dears :^

I dont know if you like honey thighs too but I'm going to share you a work out to have honey thighs. To my previous post, I posted a work out which is bom's program now i'm presenting you UEE's honey thighs work out. But before that, i forgot to tell you what is 'honey thighs' ( which im lacking in the previous post xD). Honey thighs is a korean slang opposite to GG's legs (except for Tiffany who also has honey thighs) which is very thin like a chopstick because honey thighs tend to have very long & toned legs and slim calves but not fat and not also muscled.

Here are the photos of UEE's honey thighs.

Now for the exercise. I found this at soompi.com so credits to soompi for the photos and article below. Click here for the original article.

During the show, MC Han Suk Joon asked for her secret to developing her signature “Honey Thighs.” Uee replied, “I have always enjoyed exercising. In fact, there is one particular move that is great for your legs.”
Uee then showed a squat position, which involved placing her feet the same width as her shoulders and squatting down while keeping her knees straight. After attempting to imitate Uee’s position, MC Han Suk Joon gave up as he said, “It feels like my thighs are on fire.”

I really like to have this kind of legs but too bad im small and this would look like I have lots of fats and will make me smaller so maybe I should take a diet to make it thin *sigh*.

Hello Gorgeous~! and say hello to our gorgeous guest~!

Summer is fast approaching and that means..........dieting~! yay or nay?

After stressful months of working and going to school and work, we need to unwind and relax by going to the beach which is the usual go-to spot during summer but you are not there just to enjoy watching the kids running along the shoreline and make sand castles (kid much?), So why not flaunt your body with your too-hot-to handle swimsuit? Are sagging fats the problem? Then go for a diet~! Show the sun who's hotter~!!!!

Who wants to be like her? If YES then read more below ^___^

                                                               PARK BOM'S DIET I

What to eat?

Add lettuce as your side dish or snack and drink 2 liters of water associated with proper exercise

What's good in this diet?

Lettuce contains a large amount of lactucarium and can help improve those who have symptoms of depression, headache and insomnia. It is very suitable for those who are struggling to keep to their dieting plans. Lettuce also has a large amount of fibre which helps in bowel movement, although it wouldn’t be of much help if one doesn’t take in sufficient water or exercise. article here

(Take note: Anne Hathaway also did a lettuce diet but refused to give details because to her it's called 'starving' and not dieting and so discouraging everyone to try this xD)

                                                             PARK BOM'S DIET II

What to eat?

Park Bom eats a total of five meals a day – three main meals and two snacking meals. Trainer Hwang created the two snacking meals to allow Bom to enjoy her two favorite foods – corn and nuts.

Party hard after? Let's start now dieting!

Ha Ji Won's Anti-Aging Secret

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Hi laaadieeeeeeeees~!

As I was browsing the Soompi daily kpop news, I saw this very interesting tip on how to take care of one's skin especially if you are in the stage of aging and this tip cme from....... .. Ha Ji Won~!

The reporter asked the Secret Garden actress how come her skin hasnt changed for years & how she takes care of it.

“It must be the cold shower. Ever since I was young, I developed the habit of showering with cold water. Even if it is below freezing temperature outside, I always have cold showers.” she explained

see the article here

I guess I will be taking more cold shower from now on though im still that young to suffer aging. It's better to do this habit early and do less hot showers T__T (Buh-bye~!)

So let's discuss how does taking cold showers affect skin.

HEALTH
Taking a bath with cold water is very beneficial to our health. It provides better blood circulation, increases energy, ( take a very 'icy cold' shower :) it will help the heart to rush blood and causes the lethargy to shaked off leaving you energized ) weight loss, ( since the body will act to produce heat) and boost immune system,

SKIN
When you shower with warm water, it opens up your pores. Then you wash and this cleans up your pores. That’s all good. When you end, it would be best to close your pores and cold water does just that. It’s good to close your pores after you are all cleaned up because it will prevent the pores from being easily clogged by dirt and oil, which causes skin imperfections such as acne for example. Another benefit is that cold water makes your blood vessels constrict which reduces swelling and the appearance of dark circles under your eyes (where skin is at its thinnest). This provides you with a young, healthy glow. (article here)

HAIR
The exact same damage that occurs to your skin in a hot shower also happens to your hair. Hot water dries out your hair stripping it of it’s natural healthy oils
Cold water will keep your hair looking healthier and shinier. As a matter of fact, cool air makes your hair shinier too (that’s why there is a cool air button on your hair dryer). Cold water does keeps your hair cuticles closed which makes the hair stronger and prevents dirt from easily accumulating within your scalp. Basically, the same principle with how it closes the pores of your skin as mentioned above. Stronger hair, of course, prevents hair from being easily pulled out when you are combing, and it helps in slowing down overall hair loss.
Cold showers are one of the great antiaging secrets for keeping your skin tight, elastic, vibrant, and radiant looking. All of this makes cold water therapy one of the top factors of longevity. (artice here)

So how do you guys find her anti aging tips? Are you also doing this one? Then share your experiences~!
